Christiansburg Middle School

EXAMPLE of SCHEDULE

The 2023-2024 Season theme is "Centerstage" - about moving hexagon pixels under riggings or a stage door to a backdrop   to create height and mosaics.

Teams are evaluated not only on robot performance, but their STEM outreach, control system, an engineering notebook, and a concept FIRST robotics calls Gracious Professionalism.

The season starts with a challenge release like this one in the 2nd week of September, with competitions running from December to February.

FIRST Tech Challenge is open to students from 7th to 12th grade and teams can have up to 15 students.
